Payment:

You make one payment for each website, there are no additional fees. The domain is already paid for and will have at least a one year registry in your name. It is your responsibility however to renew your domain name through your registrar at the designated end of the term. Hosting:

Term

Your purchase is final at the end of the initial term. Once payment has been received and verified you will be given seven (7) calendar days to evaluate your business purchase. Also upon verified payment you will immediately receive your hosting details and sign-on as wellas your XSitePro V2 .xse file.  At the end of that term and verification of full payment, HBR (Home Business Research) will transfer the site domain ownership and hosting account to you. We will also supply you with the details of your hosting account the dates of service and the domain renewal date.  Once the site has been transferred to you it is final.  We guarantee that the site is fully functional and that we are the registered owners of the domain.  You must be an owner of XSitePro Version 2 to do any manipulation of this website. If you do not already own XSitePro Version 2 you can get a special deal by purchasing it through our affiliate account. (See below) You may continue to use the content that has been provided however you must continue to display the author's bio and hypertext links as you would with any articles taken from an online article directory.

We have utilized a combination of proprietarily written content and content articles from various article directory sources.  As you are aware the rules governing content from article directories requires you to maintain the hypertext links within the article and author bio box.  If you feel that the article does not meet your site requirements please delete it.  Other content where there is not an author's bio or information box, maybe used as desired you now own this content as it was written by someone on our staff or it is a PLR article.
