Terms and Conditions:

Please Read the Following:

By purchasing any domain name you agree to the following terms and conditions.

The Buyer (You) and the Seller (RandaTec) agree to the following terms and conditions:

Domain Sales: All domain sales will include RandaTec Premium Hostingfor the first year, based on the selected package per above. The Buyer has 5 business days to complete payment. If at the end of the 5 business days payment has not been made, the offer will be considered null and void and Seller will relist the name in the Seller's domain directory. After 5 business days all sales are final and non refundable. At the end of the period, and at that time, the Seller will transfer the ownership of the domain to the new legal owner and the owner will be responsible for all aspects of domain ownership moving forward including renewal each annual anniversary of the domain name. Seller has no domain responsibility after the transfer of ownership to Buyer.

Payment: Payment will be accepted by Wire Transfer or PayPal account and must be finalized within 5 business days of the acceptance of the offer by the Seller.

Hosting: At the end of the first twelve months Buyer will be contacted with the cost of hosting renewal. This will be for monthly or annual hosting fees moving forward. (There will be no setup fees incurred at this time.) This will occur about 45 days from the renewal date but no less than 30 days from the renewal date. The Buyer at his or her discretion, at that time, may elect to change the package or request a custom quote that is outside of the existing package(s) offered. The Buyer may also elect to refuse the hosting offer and find alternative hosting. In that event and the Buyer will be responsible for account hosting. If the Buyer does not elect to use the hosting package offered by the Seller, there may be a charge for parking the domain name with the Seller. The Buyer agrees and must notify the Seller, in writing (return receipt email is acceptable,) at least 30 days before the renewal date if the Buyer is not renewing the hosting plan.
