Amazon:
The Amazon affiliate program is one of the oldest on the Internet if not the first. Over the years it has become
more and more diverse as many new product lines have been added in addition to just books. The commissions are
small within the 4-6% range and can go higher based on your selling volume. Also, when new categories are
introduced Amazon, sometimes, hikes up the commission rate to promote the new product line. It's important to have
Amazon as an additional affiliate because you want to have the broadest product range on your website(s).
Additionally you can easily integrate your Amazon associates account into XSite Pro web pages.

Google Affiliate Network:
This is the old Double-Click Network that Google took over last year (2008) It's pretty similar to other
affiliate programs as you will receive a small commission when some one clicks on a GAN ad. Since it's mostly a
simple referral the commissions are small so you need some volume at your site to generate a respectable profit.
However if you are paying attention to just about all of the information on this site you'll realize that making
money online requires multiple sources. The Google Affiliate Network is just one more of them.

Affiliate.com (CPA)
This was once the old CPA Empire site. CPA or Cost Per Action offers are ones in which a prospect clicks on an
ad and is then brought to a site that requires additional information such as an email address or a zip code.
Depending on the offer you will receive a commission for each piece of information the prospect fills out.
Generally the payouts are lower, from say 5¢ upwards to several dollars per action.
It's a another way to generate income although if you are building a quality site as an authority you may not
want to implement these types of ads on your main site. Not that they aren't legitimate ads, but perhaps too
commercial. They aren't for everyone or every site niche.
