Well they write their ads so casually that there is a good chance they are getting a high percentage of clicks from people who are not really their customers. On top of this there is a good chance that they have these generic, casual ads in an ad group with too many keywords. Google Adwords® Defined

Google AdWords is Google's proprietary paid search program. It's basically text and graphic ads that can either be shown at the top right side or bottom of Google search results. They are "sponsor" ads and are pay for placement. Advertisers bid on specific keywords that people will use to search for products that they (advertisers) sell. An example of a Google Adwords Ad is the illustration on the left. Each time someone searches on one of your campaign keywords your ad will come up within the search page results.
